Most executive English training stops at correctness — grammar, vocabulary, polish. But the leaders who command international rooms are not judged on their grammar. They are judged on whether they sound like someone worth listening to: their timing, their economy, their composure under questioning.
Proper Vantage works at that level. The method comes from twenty years inside international broadcast newsrooms, where a message either lands in one take or it doesn't — and from working across English, Italian, and Polish business cultures, where the same words carry different weight in different rooms.
The work is practical, not theoretical. Sessions are built around your real material — the investor call, the press interview, the board paper, the all-hands — rehearsed, filmed where useful, and refined until the delivery matches the seniority of the role.

Marceli Rybinski founded Proper Vantage after two decades in international broadcast journalism and production, including work with CBS News — a career spent making complex stories land clearly, on deadline, for demanding audiences.
Educated at St Paul's School and University College London, he works across English, Italian, and Polish at professional level, with working German and French. That cross-cultural range is the core of the practice: he has sat on both sides of the linguistic divide and knows precisely where non-native leaders lose authority in English — and how to win it back.
